Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery by contacting us through our Contact page.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and include its original packaging when applicable. Please do not send an item back without receiving return instructions first.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time after approval can vary by payment provider.

Items marked final sale, gift cards, personalized items, and products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons are not eligible for return unless required by law.
